We do not store your credit card details and all credit card transactions are done through a government approved secure third party.

Your password to our site is encrypted and not available to be viewed by staff of Physio House. If you forget your password you can only retrieve it yourself by putting your email address into the Forgotten Password box and it will be emailed to your unique email address.

Physio House do not have any arrangements with third parties to disclose any of your details and we will not pass any of your details on.

Our mailing list is double opt in in accordance with EU regulations and our communications and our newsletters all contain a one click opt out option.

By going to the My Account section at login you can also change your settings.

Delivery Policy

Delivery: All goods quoted for delivery shall be delivered to the address instructed by The Customer. The cost of goods delivered will be charged to The Customer as defined in the details of delivery charges in The Company's current published price list, or on the web site. Although guidelines have been provided, specific times and dates for delivery cannot be guaranteed. The Company shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever caused by non-delivery or delay in delivery. Physio House require a 14 working days waiting period before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items.

Dispatching your Goods:

Physio House's opening hours are between 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday, and our sales team will be happy to deal with any queries you might have during these times. Any orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched immediately, providing that all goods are in stock and all details are correct (including any delivery, invoice and payment details). All orders placed after 3pm Monday - Thursday will be automatically dispatched the following day. For any order placed after 3pm on Friday, or over the weekend period, goods will be dispatched on the following Monday morning.

Delivery Methods, Times & Charges Physio House use various delivery methods, dependant upon the weight of the parcel. These methods include 1st Class Royal Mail and Courier delivery services. Standard delivery usually takes 2-3 working days from date of posting, but may take longer if circumstances beyond our control disrupt postal services. Physio House cannot process claims for loss of goods until 14 working days (3 weeks) have passed. If the standard tracked (no signature) or recorded service has been used and the item is stated as delivered we may not be able to replace goods unless a full investigation shows the items have been stolen in transit or on delivery, a crime number may be required.

Alternatively, for a quicker delivery you can have your items sent via the next day service. If you wish to take this option, you can place your order over the telephone or online using the next day option, where a minimum delivery charge of £4.95 will be added.

Customers should note that all delivery times stated are provided on a guideline basis only and therefore cannot be guaranteed. All orders under the value of £40.00 using standard delivery will be charged a post and packaging fee at cost, in addition to the items purchased. All orders using standard delivery to the UK mainland over £40.00 will not be charged for delivery unless an alternative service is selected by the customer.

The website offers a range of delivery methods, not all of which are available over the telephone. Often the charge over the phone may be slightly higher to account for the manual processing required.

Shipping outside the UK

Physio House mainly uses Royal Mail for delivery outside the UK. Royal Mail do pass items onto their worldwide counterparts to complete delivery at the destination so we cannot guarantee the service once it has left the UK. Selecting the Airmail option does not allow any tracking and therefore no claims for loss or delay can be processed. To be able to claim for a lost parcel you must select the Airsure option which is £4.50 above the airmail price and allows tracking of the goods.

Please allow 20 working days (4 weeks) for items to arrive at European destinations and 25 working days (5 weeks) for the rest of the world, we cannot accept a claim until after that time.

# Next day delivery with no signature # Choosing the option for next working day with no signature required does waiver the customers rights to claim for a missing parcel if logged with the couriers as delivered. Physio House cannot claim for these parcels and therefore if they go missing Physio House will not be able to provide replacement goods or a refund.

Aerosols

Please note that Royal Mail and ParcelForce class aerosols as a prohibited item for despatch. They do not carry any substances classified as dangerous in the latest edition of the Civil Aviation Organisation's Technical Instructions, including Class 2: Gases compressed, liquified or dissolved under pressure, iv) All aerosols are prohibited.

We can usually despatch these items within the UK with no problems but any transport by air will pick up on the restricted items, this usually includes Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man (although classed as UK) and Ireland (North and South). If your order includes an aerosol and the parcel is returned to us due to the prohibited item, Physio House is not responsible for the delay or for refunding the postage for Prohibited Items and will contact you regarding re-delivery, Handling Fees and discuss further options.
